Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer based in Visakhapatnam.

The Soft Skills

Trainer will design and deliver interactive training sessions on communication, life skills, workplace behavior, and other soft skills for learners from diverse backgrounds. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials and lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, facilitating group activities and role plays, and using various training aids and methods to enhance learner engagement. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, evaluations, and feedback,



and will maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and outcomes.

The role may also involve coordinating with local stakeholders, participating in curriculum updates, and contributing to continuous improvement of training quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Soft Skills to effectively engage diverse learner groups and foster a positive learning environment.

- Candidates should possess solid Training & Development skills, including session design, delivery, and evaluation in classroom or workshop settings.

- Candidates should possess Presentation Skills to convey concepts clearly, manage group dynamics, and use visual and digital tools confidently.

- Candidates should possess Life Skills training capabilities, such as teaching problem solving, time management, teamwork, and workplace readiness.

- Relevant experience as a soft skills trainer, facilitator, or educator, preferably in vocational training or youth development.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields is an advantage.

- Proficiency in English and local/regional language, with strong written and verbal communication.

- Ability to work with diverse socio-economic groups, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and uphold gender-neutral and inclusive practices.

- Good organizational skills, basic computer literacy (MS Office, digital learning tools), and willingness to adapt training methods as needed.
