Job Summary The Soft Services / Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day housekeeping and soft service operations across residential and commercial properties. The role ensures cleanliness, hygiene, upkeep of common areas, proper deployment of housekeeping staff, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety and quality standards to provide a pleasant and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and employees.

Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping Operations

- Supervise daily housekeeping activities in lobbies, corridors, lifts, clubhouses, offices, washrooms, parking areas, and other common areas.
- Ensure cleaning schedules, SOPs, and hygiene standards are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness checklists.
- Monitor deep cleaning activities and special cleaning tasks.

Staff Supervision
- Allocate duties and shifts to housekeeping staff.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of housekeeping personnel.
- Provide on-the-job training on cleaning methods, equipment handling, and safety practices.

Material & Inventory Management




- Maintain stock of housekeeping consumables, chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and usage of cleaning materials.
- Raise material requisitions and maintain inventory records.

Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily attendance, duty rosters, inspection reports, and consumption records.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly housekeeping reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 3–6 years in housekeeping or soft services, preferably in real estate, residential societies, commercial buildings, malls, hotels, or facility management companies.
- Experience in high-rise residential projects will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning chemicals.
- Team handling and manpower management skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discipline and service quality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting formats.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
