About Dermatouch

Dermatouch is one of India's fastest-growing dermocosmetics brands, offering pharmacy-grade, dermatologist-backed skincare. We're looking for a highly accountable and experienced Senior Social Media Executive / Social Media Team Lead to lead our social media content operations.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who has managed a creative team, ensures quality across all social media content, and takes ownership of the final approval before content goes live. We value ownership, accountability, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 social media professionals.
- Oversee end-to-end social media content workflows.
- Act as the final quality checkpoint before content is published.
- Ensure all content aligns with Dermatouch's brand identity.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, influencers, and digital marketing teams.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve content quality.




- Monitor team performance and campaign delivery.
- Maintain high standards of quality control (QC).
- Work closely with marketing leadership to execute content strategies.

Requirements

- 3–6+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or related field.
- Must have managed a team of at least 4–5 members.
- Experience handling social media content operations and approvals.
- Experience reviewing and approving creatives.
- Startup, D2C, agency, or consumer brand experience is an advantage.
