Role Overview

As a Social Media Specialist, you will own Zanta Tech's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. You'll work closely with leadership, sales, and delivery teams to transform client success stories, AI innovations, and company milestones into compelling content that builds awareness, engagement, and trust.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
- Develop engaging posts, carousels, videos, and other content formats aligned with our brand voice.
- Turn technical topics such as AI, automation, CRM systems, and SaaS solutions into clear, relatable content for business audiences.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to uncover customer success stories, product updates, and behind-the-scenes insights.




- Monitor content performance and leverage analytics to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Actively engage with our online community and contribute to growing Zanta Tech's presence as a trusted AI and automation partner.

Qualification Required
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or in-house marketing team.
- Strong storytelling, content creation, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a business audience.
- Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking.

Qualification Preferred
- Experience marketing for a technology, SaaS, AI, automation, or B2B services company.
- Experience creating short-form video content and social media campaigns.
- Understanding of LinkedIn content strategies and professional audience engagement.
