We're looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Strategist who can build brands that people actually want to follow.

At Digital Nomadians, you'll be responsible for developing and executing organic social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and authority across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.

This isn't just a content creation role. We're looking for someone who understands how social algorithms work, knows how to turn ideas into high-performing content, and can analyze performance to continuously improve results.

You'll work closely with our founders, marketing team, designers, and video editors to create compelling posts, carousels, reels, case studies, founder-led content, and thought leadership that helps businesses discover Digital Nomadians and trust our expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned with Digital Nomadians' business and marketing goals.

Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.

Write compelling captions, hooks, carousel copy, and video scripts that increase engagement and generate leads.

Plan and manage monthly content calendars for both the agency and founder personal brands.

Create or coordinate visually engaging creatives using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Edit short-form videos and reels optimized for each platform.

Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral content formats.

Analyze content performance using platform analytics and recommend improvements based on data.

Experiment with new content formats, storytelling styles, and creative campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.

Collaborate with SEO, PPC, content, and design teams to ensure social media aligns with broader marketing initiatives.

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini,



or similar platforms to improve content ideation, research, and productivity.

Build founder-led content and thought leadership that positions Digital Nomadians as an authority in digital marketing.

You should enjoy creating content, understand what makes people engage online, and be comfortable experimenting until you find what works. You stay updated with social trends, know how to capture attention within the first few seconds, and understand that great content is driven by both storytelling and data.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about building brands through organic content.

Requirements & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing.

Proven track record of growing brands organically across LinkedIn, Instagram, or other major platforms.

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices.

Experience creating carousels, reels, short-form videos, and founder/personal branding content.

Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.

Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity for content creation and research.

Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.

Robust project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, branding, and lead generation is a strong advantage.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working in a digital marketing agency.

Built or managed founder/personal brands on LinkedIn or Instagram.

Experience creating viral organic content.

Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
