About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and creative individual to own and elevate our brand’s digital presence. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content, managing our social media platforms, handling digital campaigns to drive student inquiries, and maintaining our company website.

Key Responsibilities

Video Creation & Editing:

Script, shoot, and edit trending Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos showcasing our training programs, student success stories, and workshops.

Perform video editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or Canva.

Social Media & Performance Marketing:

Plan, create, and schedule daily posts across Instagram, Facebook,



LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and direct inquiries to WhatsApp.

Engage with the audience by monitoring comments, Direct Messages (DMs), and student inquiries.

Website & Local SEO Management:

Regularly update website content, banners, services, and course listings.

Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile updates to improve local reach in Jaipur.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with video shooting and video editing.

Proficiency in Canva or Photoshop for thumbnails, banners, and post graphics.

Familiarity with running Meta Ads and managing lead campaigns.

Basic familiarity with website Content Management Systems (CMS / WordPress).

Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithm updates.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi & working knowledge of English.

Open to Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience (a portfolio or sample videos/reels are required).
