Role Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to plan, create, manage, and optimize VSoft's global social media presence.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing B2B social media platforms, creating engaging content, building executive thought leadership, and using analytics to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.

The role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Practice Leaders, HR, and Executive Leadership to execute social media initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, employer branding, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B social media strategies aligned with VSoft's marketing, branding, demand generation, and business objectives.
- Manage VSoft's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms while ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Create and manage social media calendars aligned with campaigns, events, product launches, and company initiatives.
- Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to create engaging content, repurpose marketing assets, and support executive thought leadership.
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to support lead generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), recruitment, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and optimize content based on audience insights and performance metrics.
- Manage VSoft's online reputation (ORM) by monitoring brand mentions, responding to feedback and reviews, and implementing strategies to strengthen brand perception.
- Engage with customers, prospects, partners, employees, and industry influencers while monitoring competitor activity and industry trends.
- Drive employer branding initiatives by promoting VSoft's culture,



employee achievements, CSR activities, awards, recruitment campaigns, and employee advocacy in collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Stay updated on B2B marketing trends, AI-powered social media tools, and emerging digital platforms to continuously improve VSoft's social media strategy and business impact.

What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience managing social media for a B2B IT services, technology consulting, SaaS, or enterprise software company.
- Experience developing LinkedIn-first social media strategies, executive thought leadership, and corporate branding.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, employer branding, and online reputation management (ORM).
- Excellent content writing, storytelling with the ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, HR, and Practice teams.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Hubspot, Google Analytics 4, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude.
