Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow The Logical Lamp’s online presence across key social media platforms. In this part-time hybrid role based in Kolkata, the specialist will plan and execute campaigns, create engaging content tailored to parents and educators, and maintain a consistent brand voice. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages,



and collaborating with the teaching and admissions teams to promote programs, events, and success stories.

The specialist will analyze performance metrics, suggest improvements, and help align social media activities with broader marketing and enrollment goals, with some flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.

Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) for brands or educational institutions is beneficial.

Ability to create basic visual content using design tools, and familiarity with analytics tools to track performance is preferred.

Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment are important.

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is an advantage.
