We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can build our online presence, create engaging content, and drive quality leads through digital marketing campaigns. Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative professional who can manage our social media platforms, create engaging visual content, execute digital marketing campaigns, and contribute to lead generation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.

Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.

Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness organically.

Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.

Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvements. 2.Content Creation

Design attractive posters, banners, carousels, and creatives using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Shoot and edit engaging reels, short-form videos, employee testimonials, and event highlights.

Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content aligned with the brand voice.

Create marketing collateral for campaigns, events, product launches, and internal branding. 3.Performance & Digital Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

Run lead generation campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI.

Track campaign performance and continuously optimize ad spend.

Perform keyword research and basic SEO activities to improve website visibility.

Execute email marketing and remarketing campaigns wherever required. 4.Lead Generation





Develop digital campaigns to generate quality leads for insurance products.

Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to improve lead quality.

Monitor CPL (Cost Per Lead), conversion rates, and campaign performance.

Explore new digital channels and marketing opportunities for customer acquisition. 5.Analytics & Reporting

Track social media insights and campaign performance using analytics tools.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Suggest data-driven improvements to increase engagement and conversions.

Required

Skills

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar design/video editing tools.

Experience in creating reels, short videos, and marketing creatives.

Good understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and lead generation.

Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing.

Experience in the Insurance, BFSI, or FinTech industry will be an added advantage. What We're Looking For:
