Job Title: Social Media Manager (SEO + Meta Ads)

OOAK is India's first fully automated, AI-powered wedding photography platform — a rapid-growing, tech-first brand redefining premium wedding photography. We're looking for someone who can own our organic and paid digital presence end-to-end.

Role Overview We're hiring a Social Media Manager who can drive both organic growth (SEO + Instagram/social content) and paid growth (Meta Ads) for the brand. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role — you'll plan, execute, and report on results, not just strategize.

Key Responsibilities SEO: On-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, backlink outreach, Google Search Console monitoring, and driving organic traffic/ranking for target keywords (city + service based).

Meta Ads: Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns — audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, CAC/ROAS tracking, and scaling what works.

Social Media Management: Own the Instagram content calendar — reels, carousels, stories — in line with our brand's editorial, premium aesthetic. Track engagement and follower growth.

Reporting: Weekly/monthly performance reports on SEO rankings, ad spend efficiency, and social growth — with clear recommendations,



not just numbers.

Coordination: Work with our creative/design team for ad and content assets; work with our AI systems team for tracking/attribution setup.

Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns (not just boosting posts) with measurable ROAS/CAC ownership.

Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals — on-page, technical basics, and content optimization (agency or in-house).

Strong sense of visual/content quality — comfortable judging what fits a premium brand aesthetic.

Data-literate: comfortable in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console.

Good written English; local Tamil a plus for creative/content context. Nice to Have Experience marketing in the wedding, events, or luxury/premium services space.

Basic Canva/Figma skills for quick creative iteration.

Prior experience in a small team / startup environment (wears multiple hats).
