Founder What You'll Do

Own the social media strategy for multiple national and emerging brands.

Plan monthly content calendars that are insightful, relevant, and impossible to ignore.

Write copy that people actually want to read.

Collaborate with designers, video editors, influencer managers, and media planners to bring campaigns to life.

Track trends before they become trends.

Turn insights into content and content into business results.

Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on data—not guesswork.

Manage publishing schedules across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Lead client presentations with confidence and clarity.

Build communities, not just follower counts.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook,



YouTube, X, Threads, and emerging social platforms.

Strong understanding of content strategy, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms.

Experience using analytics tools to measure and improve performance.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar platforms.

Ability to manage multiple brands without compromising quality.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Attention to detail that borders on obsession.

Have launched a viral campaign.

Can explain why a Reel failed without blaming the algorithm.

Read comments because they're valuable research.

Think in hooks, headlines, and human behaviour.

Believe "Let's make it go viral" isn't a strategy.
