About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media function — managing multiple client accounts, guiding a team of executives, and driving measurable results across platforms. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, strategy, creativity, and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage social media strategies across multiple client accounts simultaneously

Create and oversee monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines

Guide and mentor a team of social media executives — reviewing content, providing feedback, and ensuring quality output

Develop engaging content — posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos

Coordinate with design, content, and performance teams for seamless campaign execution





Run and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant

Track and report KPIs including engagement, reach, leads, conversions, and ROI

Own client communication — approvals, feedback, strategy discussions, and performance reviews

Build and manage online communities for client brands

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 3–4 years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)

✅ Proven experience managing a team of social media executives or content creators

✅ Experience handling 5–10+ client brands or accounts simultaneously

✅ Solid understanding of platform algorithms and content formats across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

✅ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

✅ Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools

✅ Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and ad copies

✅ Solid understanding of performance metrics — CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS

✅ Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills





✅ Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines without compromising quality

Preferred Skills

⭐ Experience handling influencer collaborations

⭐ Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content

⭐ Understanding of branding and content storytelling

⭐ Exposure to B2B and B2C campaign management

⭐ Experience in conducting client strategy calls and presenting reports
