Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern

Location: Remote

Job Type: Internship (Full-time)

Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (aligned with Canadian client hours)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Off Days: Every Sunday + 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month

Stipend: INR 8k

Duration: 3 months

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to help grow our clients' online presence by interacting with their audience, creating engaging content, and supporting day-to-day social media activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, digital marketing, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms.
- Engage with followers to build and maintain a positive online community.
- Research trending topics, hashtags,



and industry news to improve engagement.
- Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on social media campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to increase audience growth and brand visibility.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics is an advantage.
- Understanding of engagement metrics (reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves)
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of google workspace (docs, sheets, drive)
