Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across various social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with content calendars, drafting posts, sourcing visuals, monitoring comments and messages, and tracking basic performance metrics.

The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader digital marketing campaigns and brand guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring active participation in team meetings, campaign brainstorming, and on-ground execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Ability to create engaging Social Media Content Creation aligned with broader Marketing objectives.
- Robust Communication skills, including clear written and verbal expression.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and current trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with teams, and manage time effectively in a full-time role.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with using design and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, basic image editing, social media schedulers) is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and contribute creative ideas to campaigns.
- Experience executing reels and generating scalable growth a plus

Other requirements
- Candidate should lead the client shoots based on the scripts. Co-ordinating with the on-ground team to execute the shoots is a major bonus
