Role Description This Social Media Marketing Intern role is a hybrid internship based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. The intern will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, drafting captions, supporting basic graphic or video content preparation, and monitoring audience engagement.

The intern will help track campaign performance, gather insights, and contribute ideas to improve content and reach.



Collaboration with the marketing team on digital initiatives and participation in brainstorming sessions will be a core part of the role.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing principles to real-world campaigns.

- Skills in Social Media Content Creation, including writing captions and planning post formats.

- Foundational understanding of Marketing concepts and interest in brand-building strategies.

- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with team members and present ideas.

- Basic familiarity with social media analytics tools and willingness to learn new platforms.

- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfort working in a hybrid setup, with reliability in meeting deadlines and collaborating remotely.
