Internship Details Position: Social Media Marketing Intern

Duration: 3 Months (Potential conversion to a full-time role based on performance)

Location: KINFRA, Kakkenchery, Kozhikode

Mode: Full-time | On-site | Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Stipend ₹5,000 per month during the internship.

Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.

Full-time Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month after successful conversion.

About the Role We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our HR and Marketing team. If you're passionate about creating videos, capturing engaging moments, writing compelling social media content, and telling stories through digital media, this internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience. You'll work on real projects that strengthen our employer brand and showcase our company culture across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation Capture photos and videos of office life, team activities, celebrations, events, training sessions, and CSR initiatives.

Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.

Take high-quality workplace photographs and maintain an organized media library.

Design simple yet engaging social media creatives using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.

Social Media

Management Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Write engaging captions and social media copy.





Assist in planning and maintaining the monthly content calendar.

Monitor social media trends and recommend fresh content ideas.

Track engagement metrics and suggest ways to improve reach and visibility.

Employer

Branding & Marketing Support HR campaigns through recruitment and employer branding content.

Promote company achievements, events, certifications, awards, and milestones.

Collaborate with different teams to gather stories and develop content ideas.

Skills We're Looking For Passion for social media and digital content creation.

Mobile photography and videography skills.

Basic video editing using CapCut, VN, or similar applications.

Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.

Good written and spoken English.

Creativity with solid attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Nice to Have Experience managing social media pages.

Experience creating LinkedIn content.

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

Basic knowledge of AI-powered content creation tools.

Understanding of employer branding or recruitment marketing. Eligibility Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Graduates in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Mass Communication, Design, or related fields.
