Role Description – Social Media Marketing Intern

We're looking for a creative thinker, storyteller, and trend-spotter who can bring fresh ideas to life across our digital platforms. If you're someone who can turn a simple story into engaging content, loves experimenting with new formats, and understands what makes people stop scrolling, we'd love to have you on our team.

As a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern based in Current Delhi , you'll play a key role in building our digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X . From brainstorming campaign concepts to designing eye-catching posts, writing compelling captions, creating reels, and tracking performance, you'll help shape how our audience experiences our brand.

You'll work closely with the editorial, design, and marketing teams to transform educational stories, industry insights, and event highlights into content that informs, inspires, and sparks conversations.

Who We're Looking For

You should have:

- A strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and Content Creation .
- The ability to create engaging posts, reels, carousels, and campaigns that people actually want to share.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- A creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, trends, and viral content.
- An interest in education, media, innovation, and current affairs , with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging digital content.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and audience insights.
- Experience with Canva (Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or Premiere Pro are added advantages).
- The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and contribute new ideas rather than simply follow instructions.
