Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role involves assisting in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and supporting campaign performance tracking.

The intern will contribute to content creation by drafting captions, brainstorming ideas for posts and short-form videos, and collaborating with designers to produce visually aligned assets.



Day-to-day tasks include researching trends, competitors, and audience behaviors, organizing content calendars, and preparing basic reports on reach, engagement, and follower growth. The intern will also support coordination with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and current social media trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort with using analytics dashboards or basic reporting tools is beneficial.
- Completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field are preferred.
- Interest in design, storytelling, and AI-driven marketing solutions is an advantage.
