Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across multiple social platforms to increase engagement and brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with social media content calendars, drafting posts and captions, scheduling content, monitoring performance metrics, and researching trends and competitor activity.

The intern will collaborate with team members on digital campaigns, help optimize content for different platforms, and contribute ideas to improve audience retention and growth. This is a remote internship role,



allowing the intern to work flexibly while maintaining regular communication and deadlines with the CoTent Lab team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for campaign support and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, platform-appropriate content.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills for clear collaboration, feedback exchange, and audience-facing messaging.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines is required.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Curiosity about content strategy, algorithm behavior, and data-driven experimentation is a strong plus.
