Working Days: Monday to Saturday UnikBrushes is looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a fully remote role for someone with 2 to 3 years of hands-on social media marketing experience who can manage everything from strategy and planning to content creation, publishing, engagement, and reporting. You will work across multiple brands and industries, so we are looking for someone who can think creatively, stay organised, understand what performs on each platform, and turn ideas into consistent, high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute end-to-end social media strategies for multiple brands
- Create monthly content plans, content calendars, and campaign ideas
- Develop posters, carousels, short-form reels, and basic video edits
- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and storytelling-based content
- Manage content publishing, scheduling, and platform activity
- Research competitors, industry trends, audience behaviour, and content opportunities
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, features, trends, and best practices
- Improve brand visibility, engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Track performance and prepare clear social media reports
- Use analytics to improve future content and campaign decisions
- Manage multiple brands, deadlines,



and projects simultaneously
- Coordinate with designers, marketers, and other team members
- Use AI tools to improve content research, ideation, creation, and workflow efficiency
- Support influencer marketing, paid social campaigns, and basic SEO-related content when required What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of social media marketing experience
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other major platforms
- Experience handling social media accounts for brands or businesses
- Strong content planning, copywriting, and storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience with Canva and basic video editing tools
- Ability to create content that is both visually strong and performance-focused
- Positive understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Experience using scheduling and analytics tools
- Strong competitor and market research skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Good communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing, paid social media, and SEO
- Willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly What Matters Most to Us
