About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, content creation, and digital marketing, and can transform ideas into engaging campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and grow online communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, articles, and marketing copy.
- Create engaging graphics, reels, videos, and carousel posts in collaboration with the design team.




- Manage daily community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Execute and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation through strategic content.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar creative tools.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with content scheduling and social media management tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital analytics.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.




- Experience managing multiple brand accounts.
- Basic photography, videography, or video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) will be an added advantage.
