We are looking for a creative, strategic, and business-focused Social Media Marketing & Content Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, create impactful business content, and support our branding, marketing, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including Meta Ads and digital marketing initiatives.
- Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, articles, website content, captions, infographics, videos, carousels, and marketing creatives.
- Develop monthly content calendars and optimize content using SEO best practices.
- Track campaign performance and generate insights to improve engagement and lead generation.

Business Content & Marketing Communication

- Develop high-quality business and technical content including proposals, presentations, brochures, company profiles, one-pagers, solution documents, case studies, service portfolios, and customer presentations.
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies,



and market opportunities to support business growth.
- Collaborate with technical, sales, and leadership teams to transform complex information into customer-friendly content.
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding and global consulting-style documentation standards.

Required Skills

- 5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent business, technical, and marketing writing skills.
- Strong editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience creating B2B marketing content and professional presentations.
- Good understanding of SEO, content strategy, and social media management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, AI-powered content tools, and presentation design.
- Solid research, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, SaaS, or Digital Transformation will be an added advantage.
