The Creatives Bench is a boutique creative recruitment agency based in Hyderabad. We are currently hiring on behalf of a Hyderabad-based agency looking for a talented Brand Manager to join their team. All applications and initial hiring stages will be managed directly by The Creatives Bench.

LOCATION: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

TIMINGS: Monday-Friday (10-6:30 p.m)

SALARY: 5,00,000-7,00,000 Lakhs Per Annum (D.O.E)

Company Description This is a growing, women-owned agency working across branding, content creation, social media and websites. The client roster leans premium and culture-rich, jewellery houses, textiles, and brands where craft and heritage are part of the story, not just the selling point. You'll be working alongside a team that treats every account as its own world to build, not a template to repeat.

Your Day-To-Day:

- Plan and direct shoots end to end, from scouting locations and building shot lists to being on set making sure the right frame actually gets captured.
- Moodboard and pitch fresh angles for campaigns and photoshoots before the brief is locked, so the client is choosing between real ideas, not approving a formality.
- Turn shoot footage into a working content calendar, sequenced by what the account needs that month, not just what's ready to post.
- Run the account like it's yours, calendars, approvals, revisions, and every deadline that comes with it, without anything slipping through.
- Be the daily/weekly point of contact for your clients, across WhatsApp, calls and check-ins,



and take full ownership of the accounts you're handed rather than waiting for direction.
- Pair closely with the copywriter and design team on every creative, so the caption and the visual are built together as one idea instead of stitched on at the end.
- Publish across platforms, track what's working week to week, and adjust the plan based on what the numbers actually say.
- Bring in what you're seeing on trends, formats and design language from outside your own.

What We're Looking For:

- 2 to 4 years in social media or brand management at a creative or brand-first agency. You've run accounts, not just supported them.
- Experience with premium and culture-led clients. Jewellery, textiles, or similar categories where the audience notices craft and expects more than a trend.
- A track record of growing an account organically. Numbers like 2K to 15K without touching the boost button matter more to us than a big ad budget behind mediocre content.
- Solid account management instincts, juggling multiple accounts, calendars and approval cycles without missing deadlines.
- An eye for what a shoot needs before it happens, not just what to do with the footage after.
- Comfort reading metrics and using them to shape brand decisions, not just filling out a report at the end of each month.
