Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode. The person in this position will manage and grow the brand’s presence across social media platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that showcases jewellery collections, promotions, and brand stories. Daily responsibilities include developing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to audience interactions in a professional manner.

coordinate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and improve campaigns.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging content and interact with online audiences.

Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to design and manage content calendars aligned with brand and business goals.

Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.

Prior experience in retail, jewellery, or fashion marketing is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
