Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, grow our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive audience engagement across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.

- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.

- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns.

- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding.

- Manage influencer partnerships and online community engagement.

- Optimize content based on analytics to improve reach, engagement,



and conversions.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).

- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Creativity and strong storytelling ability.

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.

- Experience with video editing and short-form video content.

- Solid organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
