Role Description

- We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to join our team at our Rajkot office. This is a full time, in office role where you will be responsible for managing and growing social media presence for multiple brands.
- The role involves planning and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for better reach and engagement. You will collaborate closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms, along with the ability to create impactful and engaging digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for various clients and brands
- Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging captions, posts, and campaign ideas




- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and content execution
- Monitor social media performance and generate insights-based reports
- Optimize campaigns based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates
- Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Run and manage basic paid campaigns (preferred)

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Good writing skills for captions and content planning
- Basic knowledge of paid ads and campaign management (Meta Ads preferred)
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple brands and meet deadlines
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus
