Role Description The Social Media Manager intern will support the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns for MJ Digital Solutions and its clients. This internship role is on-site in the Pune Division, where the intern will work closely with the marketing team to manage daily posting, monitor engagement, and optimize content performance across platforms.

Key responsibilities include drafting copy and visual briefs, scheduling posts, analyzing social media metrics, responding to comments and messages,



and aligning content with broader marketing strategies. The intern will also assist with competitor research, trend tracking, and experimenting with new formats to increase reach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan and manage campaigns across major platforms.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned social content.
- Capability to support Content Strategy by aligning posts with audience needs, campaign goals, and brand guidelines.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and key performance metrics.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment in Pune Division.
- Interest in digital marketing, with ongoing willingness to learn about new platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship/volunteer experience in marketing, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
