We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager Intern to join our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape our brand voice, engage our community, and drive awareness across social platforms. If you're passionate about content creation, social trends, and building meaningful connections online, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do

Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content (posts, stories, reels, carousels) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms

Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions; build relationships with our audience and industry influencers

Social Listening: Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement

Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with product launches, hiring trends, and company milestones

Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and provide insights to optimise content performance

Brand Voice Development: Help maintain and evolve Jobsutra.cv's unique voice across all social channels

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging

What We're Looking For

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and metrics





Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities

Bonus Points

Experience managing social media accounts (personal, college clubs, previous internships)

Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

Knowledge of the recruiting/hiring industry or HR tech space

Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles

Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)

Portfolio or examples of previous social media work
