We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern who is passionate about Instagram, content creation, and digital trends. This is a hybrid internship based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work.

The ideal candidate should understand how Instagram works, from content planning and caption writing to strategy, audience engagement, and performance tracking. ? Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid/Remote)

? Duration: 3 to 6 months

? Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and schedule Instagram posts, stories, reels, and carousels
- Write engaging captions and optimize content for better reach and engagement
- Research content ideas, trends, and competitors
- Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies
- Manage Instagram stories, highlights, and community engagement
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports




- Brainstorm creative campaigns and growth strategies
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends and features Required Skills
- Good understanding of Instagram marketing and content strategy
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools
- Knowledge of content scheduling and social media management tools
- Ability to create visually appealing posts, stories, and reels
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Basic understanding of branding, audience targeting, and analytics

- Experience managing Instagram pages with 1,000+ followers
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN
