At FinAsk, we're on a mission to build one of India's most trusted financial services brands. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and strengthen our brand across platforms.

? Role: Social Media Manager

? Location: Sohna Road, Gurugram (Work from Office)

? Employment Type: Full-time

? CTC: ₹4–₹8 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and expertise)

?‍? Experience: 2–5 years (Preferably in FinTech, BFSI, Finance, Startups, or Digital Marketing Agencies)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Manage and grow the Founder's LinkedIn presence through high-quality thought leadership content.
- Plan monthly content calendars and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create original, engaging copy, blogs, and social media content with strong English proficiency.
- Design creatives using Canva or similar platforms.
- Build and engage online communities by responding to comments and messages.
- Track campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and optimize content based on analytics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Desired Skills

- 2–5 years of hands-on social media management experience.
- Exceptional English copywriting and communication skills.




- Robust understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SMO, and performance marketing.
- Experience in blog writing and long-form content creation.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for creativity and storytelling.

Preferred

✔ Experience in FinTech, Finance, or BFSI.

✔ Knowledge of investments, insurance, taxation, or personal finance.

✔ Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.
