Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Intern at Digitally Desi. The intern will be responsible for social media marketing, creating engaging social media content, digital marketing, and overall marketing communication strategies.

Role Description The Social Media Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across key social media platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include drafting posts and captions, assisting with visual content briefs, monitoring trends, and contributing ideas for reels, stories, and interactive formats. The intern will help track engagement metrics,



respond to audience interactions under supervision, and coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring regular collaboration and participation in brainstorming sessions and content reviews.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing.

Good with basic video editing on VN, Inshort / Capcut

Can ideate & write good scripts for reels.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.

Interest in pop culture, trends, and regional content, with a creative mindset and sense of humor.

Basic understanding of social media analytics and platform best practices (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
