We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern who is passionate about content creation, branding, digital marketing, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Write compelling captions, posts, and promotional content aligned with the company’s branding strategy.
- Design basic social media creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, comments, and messages.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and content ideas to improve social media performance.
- Support the creation of employer branding, workplace culture, and recruitment-related content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for social media posts and campaigns.




- Track social media performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement and reach.
- Assist in creating blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials as required.

Required Skills

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing personal, college, or organization social media pages.
- Basic knowledge of content writing, graphic design, or video editing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics is a plus.
