Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and grow our online community. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create captions, reels, stories, and posts aligned with the brand's voice.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.




- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure timely content publishing.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for promotional campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and other social media management platforms.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in video editing and short-form content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with paid social media campaigns.
