Role & Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

- Create monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.

- Shoot high-quality videos for Reels, Shorts, YouTube, product promotions, office activities, and client testimonials.

- Capture qualified product and corporate photographs.

- Edit engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.

- Design social media creatives, banners, and promotional graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.

- Write engaging captions, social media copy, and hashtags.

- Research trending topics and create content based on current trends.

- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.

- Manage YouTube uploads, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and basic YouTube SEO.

- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.

- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for campaign execution.

- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and AI tools for content creation.

- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.





- Comfortable appearing in videos whenever required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 0-1 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.

- Strong knowledge of content creation and social media management.

- Hands-on experience in video shooting, video editing, photography, and photo editing.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, and YouTube Studio.

- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Lightroom will be an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and content writing skills.

- Basic understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital marketing.

- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.

- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools will be an added advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or a related field.

- Portfolio showcasing social media work, videos, or creative designs will be preferred.
