Netpuppys — a fast-growing, AI-forward digital marketing agency in Gurugram — is looking for a Social Media Executive who can also front our reels!
If you can spot a viral format before it blows up, turn a brand brief into scroll-stopping content, AND present confidently on camera — we want to talk to you. ? ? What you'll do:
? Plan & execute content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X & more ? Present and appear on-camera for Reels — trends, brand content, talking-head style videos ? Write captions and post copy that match each brand's voice
? Brief and coordinate with design/video teams on creative assets ? Manage community engagement — comments, DMs, conversations ? Track performance and turn numbers into insights
? Stay ahead of trends, algorithm shifts & viral formats ? Use AI tools to move faster on ideation & content drafting ✅ What we're looking for:
? Comfortable and confident being on camera — this role requires presenting in Reels ? 1–3 years managing social media accounts (agency experience is a plus) ? Strong copywriting & platform-native content sense ? Comfort with Reels, carousels, Stories & short-form formats ? A sharp eye for what makes people stop scrolling ? Bonus points for: ? Prior on-camera/presenting experience (UGC, vlogging, hosting, etc.) ? Experience juggling multiple client accounts ? Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite know-how
