We're a young team, moving fast, and every hire matters. ? The Role

We need someone who lives on Instagram, understands what makes people stop scrolling, writes like a human (not a marketing manual), and uses AI tools like a superpower — not as a threat to their job.

You'll own Zookout's social media presence and content voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp broadcasts, and blog. ? What you'll do

▪ Own the content calendar — plan and ship 15–25 pieces of content per week across Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts) and LinkedIn

▪ Write scroll-stopping copy — captions, hooks, CTAs in English + Hinglish that convert

▪ Turn deals into content — every current brand partnership becomes a Reel, carousel, or story

▪ Collaborate with design + influencer teams to bring content to life

▪ Use AI tools aggressively — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Runway, Opus Clip — whatever helps you ship faster and better

▪ Track performance weekly — reach, saves, shares, follower growth, DM-to-lead conversion

▪ Spot trends before they peak — trending audio, Reel formats, cultural moments — and put Zookout in them

▪ Respond to DMs and comments daily — turn engagement into actual voucher sales Who we're looking for

Must-have:

▪ 1–3 years of experience in social media, content writing,



digital marketing, or brand work

▪ AI-fluent — you've used ChatGPT/Claude for content, Midjourney for visuals, or similar tools regularly. You know how to prompt, iterate, and edit AI output — not just accept it

▪ Strong writing in English + Hinglish

▪ Deep, daily user of Instagram + LinkedIn (you understand Reels, Stories, hooks, hashtags, trending formats)

▪ Own laptop + smartphone with high-speed internet

▪ Based in Andheri East, Mumbai We'd love to see:

▪ A personal Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, or blog with any traction — even 500 followers built organically shows you understand the game

▪ A portfolio of content you've written — captions, blog posts, Reel scripts, brand content

▪ Experience running social for a college fest, D2C brand, or personal project

▪ Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Notion, Later, Buffer

▪ Understanding of basic SEO and hashtag strategy What you don't need:
