Social Media Community Management

- Manage and monitor all social media platforms of Juniors Group of Companies and its associated brands.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and customer queries across all platforms.
- Address inquiries related to upcoming events, registrations, products, and services.
- Handle customer grievances with empathy and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain a positive brand image through effective and courteous communication.
- Escalate critical concerns to the relevant departments whenever required.
- Communicate with parents, associates, partners, and other stakeholders through email and WhatsApp.
- Share updates regarding upcoming events, activities, schedules, and important announcements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain effective communication records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide accurate information to customers and associates.

Data Management & Reporting





- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
- Update communication trackers and prepare reports as required.
- Organize data accurately for future reference and analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Community Management, Customer Support, Social Media Management, or a similar role.
- Candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations while maintaining professionalism.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with additional regional or international languages will be considered an added advantage.
