Role Description The Social Media Executive role at Best Time Builders is a full-time hybrid position based in Kozhikode, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves managing and growing the company’s presence across social media platforms, including planning and scheduling posts, optimizing content for engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

The Social Media

Executive will monitor trends, track performance metrics, respond to audience interactions,



and collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating written and visual content, coordinating campaigns, and supporting overall digital communication efforts to strengthen the brand’s visibility in the construction and real estate sectors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Media Planning skills for campaigns and content calendars.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of digital analytics tools and social media insights.
- Relevant experience in managing brand social media accounts, preferably in construction, real estate, or related industries.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Kozhikode, manage time independently, and collaborate with on-site teams.
- Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
