We're looking for someone who lives on social media, understands Tamil internet culture inside out, and knows how to turn trends into engaging content.

If you're constantly discovering viral memes, following Tamil creators, spotting trends before they blow up, and thinking, "We should post this," we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

- Manage and grow Arré Voice's Tamil social media presence across platforms.
- Plan, create and publish engaging social media content tailored for Tamil audiences.
- Write captions, hooks and copy that feel native to each platform.
- Stay on top of Tamil internet culture, memes, cinema, creators and trending conversations.
- Create and execute content calendars around campaigns, festivals and trending moments.
- Work closely with the content, creator, design and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs and conversations.
- Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and growth.
- Experiment with new content formats, trends and platform features.
- Be constantly experimenting. We value curiosity over perfection.

We're looking for someone who

- Is a fresh graduate and final-year students are absolutely welcome.
- Is fluent in spoken and written Tamil and English.
- Loves creating content—even if nobody asked them to.




- Understands social media platforms and what makes content perform.
- Has a solid understanding of Tamil internet culture and spends way too much time discovering creators.
- Can write clean, conversational and engaging copy.
- Has a great sense of humour and understands meme culture.
- Isn't afraid to try ten ideas knowing nine may fail.
- Has experience managing social media pages or creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X or other platforms.

Bonus points if you

- Run a meme page, content page or personal creator account.
- Have experience creating short-form videos, reels or visual content.
- Have worked with Canva, Photoshop, Figma or basic video editing tools.
- Have experimented with AI tools for content creation, writing or design.
- Have collaborated with creators or influencer communities.

You don't need to have

- A fancy degree.
- Years of experience.
- A perfect portfolio.

We're much more interested in people who have ideas than people who have job titles.
