Social Media & Digital Sales Executive

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic candidate to manage our digital presence, handle customer relations, and drive online sales operations. If you love creating engaging content on mobile, talking to customers, and managing smooth online sales workflows, we'd love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

- Plan, manage, and post daily content across social media channels
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns to boost brand engagement
- Shoot, edit, and post engaging mobile videos (Reels/Shorts) and photos showcasing our products

Customer Support & Communication
- Handle customer inquiries warmly and professionally via Phone and WhatsApp
- Build positive customer relationships and resolve queries promptly

Online Sales & Operations Management
- Manage the end-to-end online sales workflow (from receiving orders to packaging coordination and post-sales follow-ups)
- Regularly update website inventory and product stock levels

Administration
- Assist with GST filing (in-house training provided)





Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Basic computer proficiency
- Hands-on experience in mobile photography, videography, and mobile photo/video editing apps

Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers

Other Requirements
- Comfortable traveling for outdoor shoots, promotional campaigns, and field work
- Owning a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a strong plus

Remuneration & Advantages

- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month + Performance Incentives
- Full reimbursement/allowance for transportation and food during outdoor shoots, promotional campaigns, or field work
