The company operates through unified initiatives including Talkiepedia, HackForge.ai, and Forge Inspira. Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative intern to drive content posting and social media growth for Talkiepedia Podcast, while also supporting Forge Alumnus's social handles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys storytelling, and is comfortable juggling content creation, community engagement, and occasional on-ground activities. Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute timely posting of Talkiepedia podcast content across social platforms
- Drive social media marketing strategy to grow reach and engagement
- Manage and maintain Talkiepedia and Forge Alumnus social media accounts




- Respond to audience engagement (comments, DMs, mentions) promptly and professionally
- Create basic graphics/visuals to support content posting
- Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements to boost digital presence
- Support on-ground activities related to social media and marketing (events, shoots, campus visits, etc.)
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to align messaging across brands Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Good written communication and content marketing sense
- Highly adaptable, flexible, and willing to travel for on-ground work
- Prior experience/interest in podcasts, media, or content creation is a plus
- Available for full time or hybrid work arrangement What We Offer
