Key Responsibilities

Content Creation &

- Editing

- Create and edit engaging static posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, and other social media creatives using tools such as Canva and basic video editing software.

- Edit and optimize videos for different social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

- Adapt, repurpose, and upscale existing content into multiple formats based on organizational requirements and campaign objectives.

- Assist in writing captions, social media copy, and content descriptions.

- Conduct basic research to support content creation and identify trending topics.

Content Publishing &

- Scheduling

- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, X, and other platforms.

- Ensure posts are published according to the content calendar.

- Upload videos, reels, blogs, images, and other media with appropriate formatting.

- Add captions, hashtags, keywords, tags, and metadata before publishing.

Community Management

- Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions professionally.

- Engage with followers through likes, comments, and interactions.

- Escalate customer queries or feedback to the appropriate team members.





- Support community-building initiatives and outreach activities.

Content &

- Campaign Support

- Maintain a structured repository of content ideas, campaign concepts, references, and inspiration for future use.

- Support cross-promotion of content across social media, website, blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.

- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, and other teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

- Assist in campaign planning and execution as assigned.

Research &

- Performance Monitoring

- Track competitor social media activities, industry trends, and emerging content formats.

- Share actionable insights and recommendations to improve content performance.

- Assist in preparing basic social media performance reports and maintaining trackers.

Quality Control &

- Documentation

- Verify captions, hashtags, links, artwork, and content accuracy before publishing.

- Maintain publishing calendars, task trackers, and content documentation.

- Organize digital assets and ensure content libraries remain updated.
