Role Name - Social Media Associate Position - Associate / Contributor Problems to be solved -

- Set-up a creative bible for all social media content to be flawless, and own the execution from ideas to driving engagement
- Be the 2nd brain of the founder and build a robust calendar for social media and a solid brand voice
- Grow followers and engagement on Social Pages and set a high creative benchmark for output quality of social media deliverables

Major Roles And Responsibilities

- Creative team management. Own execution end to end across Social Media Management, Influencer collaborations, Community Building, Content Strategy
- Build a creative engine to brainstorm strategy with the founder, and own the funnel that turns loose ideas into sharp marketing deliverables - Videos, designs,



content
- Work with and guide a team of video editors, graphic designers, and content writers to drive the right output
- Engage with the community on social media and build the community stronger via community focussed events

Candidate Requirements -

- 1-2 Years of experience or equivalent proof of results in building Social pages
- Having dabbled firsthand with strategy and end to end execution of designs, copy, reels.
- Hard Skills - Ability to manage content shoots, project management, strategy, copywriting, research
- Soft Skills - Should have a strong taste for what's relevant on socials and right for an education brand + should know how to speak the right things to the right audiences + Communication + AI Native + Go-getter + Stakeholder Management

Non-Negotiables - It’s a very hands-on role, not for comfort seekers. You need to be ready to get your hands dirty and write the copy, hook the video, or tweak the script yourself. Brownie Points for -
