Duration: 3 Months We're not looking for someone to "manage" our social media.

We're looking for someone who wants to build it.

Someone who sees an empty camera roll as missed opportunity. Someone who watches brands online and thinks, "We could do that better." Someone who understands that social media isn't about posting—it's about storytelling.

This isn't the internship where you'll be given a list of posts to upload every Monday.

You'll be expected to think. To create. To experiment. To fail sometimes. To try again. You'll have ownership, not just tasks.

Some days you'll be at project sites shooting content. Some days you'll be editing reels till they're perfect. Some days you'll be planning campaigns, writing captions, studying analytics, or figuring out why one video got 100 views and another got 100,000.

No one will hand you a playbook.

That's the point. What you'll actually be doing

You'll own our social media presence.

Not just posting content—but deciding what deserves to be posted.

Plan and manage our Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube content.

Shoot high-quality videos and behind-the-scenes content at offices and project sites.

Be comfortable stepping in front of the camera whenever the content demands it.

Edit engaging Reels, Shorts,



and videos that people actually want to watch.

Write captions, hooks, and stories that build engagement.

Stay ahead of trends and figure out how they fit our brand.

Track performance, learn from the numbers, and keep improving every piece of content.

Bring fresh ideas every week—not because you're asked to, but because you can't help it.
