Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social & Digital Media Executive who can manage end-to-end social media operations, digital campaigns, and content planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media strategy, campaign execution, content coordination, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.

Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure timely delivery of creatives.

Write engaging captions, campaign copies, and social media content.

Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better reach, engagement, and conversions.

Track key performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.

Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.





Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for brand growth.

Assist in influencer marketing campaigns and digital collaborations when required.

Skills

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.

Experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and Google Analytics.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Creative thinking with solid attention to detail.

Experience working with design and video production teams.

Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, ChatGPT, Trello/Asana, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

3–4 years of relevant experience in social media and digital marketing.

Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
