Job Role:- Desktop Support Engineer L1

Key Responsibilities:

- End user Computing includes all L1 support for hardware, software, VC devices, access control devices, Printer/Scanner & network devices.
- Desktop/Laptop provisioning, Commissioning, replacement, and reissue.




- IT Service desk operation (Incident Management, Service Desk, problem management).
- IT Asset Inventory Management with Asset verification.
- Vendor Management for hardware and software.
- Windows security patch management at end nodes.
- Expert in Profile Management and Outlook configuration.
- MS-365, OneDrive, SharePoint and Mobile device management support and troubleshooting.
- L1 network support.
- Active Directory and User Access Management (Domain & Email ID provisioning).
- Optimize performance issue of Hardware devices (Desktop/Laptop etc.).
- Troubleshooting of Hardware & Standard software’s.
- Support tools such as antivirus, browser, VPN software etc.
- Backup Provisioning for Laptops & Desktop.
- IT Security and compliance at end nodes.

Qualification:- IT or relevant degree Job Location : Karakhadi – Baroda (Gujrat)

Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Shift: Monday to Saturday General Shift

Salary: As per industry standards.
