Experience: 6yrs(6yrs)

Mandatory Skills: MID Server troubleshooting

Discovery issues analysis (including cancelled/failed schedules)

Server‑level troubleshooting & integration fixes

CMDB & SAM knowledge

Discovery Pattern creation & extensions

Service Mapping configuration & troubleshooting

AIOps fundamentals and issue resolution

Event Management setup & troubleshooting

Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and other integration metho

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune

Mode: Hybrid

Shift: 11-8PM, 12-9PM

Description: Sound understanding of ServiceNow platform knowledge.

Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly scripting etc.)

Experience developing custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows in ServiceNow.

Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and other integration methods





Sound understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
