We are seeking a skilled SMT Engineer with hands-on experience in TRI AOI and SPI machines. The candidate will be responsible for machine programming, optimization, defect analysis, process improvement, and ensuring high-quality PCB assembly during SMT production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, program, and maintain TRI AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and TRI SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) machines.
- Create and optimize inspection programs for recent PCB models.
- Analyses AOI and SPI inspection results and minimize false calls.
- Monitor solder paste printing quality using SPI reports.
- Improve first-pass yield (FPY) by reducing process defects.
- Perform machine calibration, verification, and preventive maintenance.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain production records.
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) activities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with TRI AOI and TRI SPI systems.
- Knowledge of SMT production processes.
- Ability to interpret PCB layouts, Gerber files, and BOMs.
- Knowledge of solder paste inspection parameters.
- Familiarity with SMT machines such as Printer, Pick Place, Reflow Oven, AOI, and SPI.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Experience in the electronic surveillance or related industry is a plus
