The Role

This role carries a dual mandate. Internally, you are the Product Owner for your domain module - defining features, owning the roadmap, and collaborating with engineering to build a product grounded in real enterprise practice. Externally, you are the Product Champion - guiding enterprise customers through deployment and helping them configure the platform to their specific context.

You do not need to be a software developer. You must be digitally fluent, comfortable with enterprise software ecosystems, and genuinely curious about how AI and automation are reshaping your domain. What You'll Own - Product Define and own the Supply Chain & Procurement module roadmap - covering demand planning, sourcing, supplier management, inventory management, and logistics visibility

Translate end-to-end supply chain processes into platform features that serve both manufacturing and service sector enterprises

Define AI capabilities: demand sensing, supply risk scoring, autonomous procurement recommendations, supplier intelligence

Benchmark against leading SCM platforms (SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Coupa)



and identify differentiation opportunities

Own the feature backlog, write functional specifications, and validate with pilot customers What You'll Champion - Customers Lead supply chain module deployments at enterprise customers - mapping procurement processes, supplier master data structures, and planning cycles to the platform

Engage with CPOs, supply chain directors, and procurement teams during customer adoption

Identify customer-specific supply chain configurations and translate them into product requirements What You Bring 10+ years in supply chain management, procurement, or operations at a large enterprise or consulting firm

Deep expertise across the supply chain: sourcing, supplier management, inventory, demand and supply planning, logistics

Hands-on experience with enterprise SCM or procurement platforms - SAP Ariba, Oracle SCM, Coupa, Kinaxis, or equivalent

Working knowledge of AI in supply chain: demand sensing, supply risk prediction, autonomous purchasing

Comfortable engaging with CPOs, operations directors, and enterprise IT and data stakeholders Nice to Have APICS CPIM or CSCP certification

Experience in supply chain product management or SCM implementation consulting
