Position Title Engineer – SLTS Author(Service Labor Times studies)

Job Location – Chennai

Educational Qualifications Required: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Advance diploma in Automotive Mechatronics.

Mandatory Requirement :

- Qualification : Dip Auto/Mech, BE Auto/Mech
- Dealership experience as Technician / Service Advisor/Floor in charge
- Positive business communication

:

1. Develop the labor times based on the service manual procedure.
2. Identification of parts serviceability through parts catalogue
3. Consulting with various client contacts (external) and subject matter experts (internal and external) to gather required information. Mainly colleagues located in USA, Australia & China.




4. Validate all the labor time studies against Service Manual procedures.
5. Work as a Reviewer and review the time studies developed by technician for vehicles.
6. Load all the data in various systems with required details.
7. Good Team Player.
8. Update various tracking sheets and advise Project Manager regarding progress of work.
9. Completing various additional assignments as directed by Project Manager
10. Facilitate Customer Satisfaction by means of adhering to standards, timelines & qualitative output.
